Hervorragend

Gute Erreichbarkeit, günstiger Preis. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und praktisch eigerichtet. Die Informationen über SMS / Mail etc. waren sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten zufällig auch ein sehr nettes Gespräch mit dem Geschäftsführer bzw. Eigentümer. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn der Preis passt.

Top Ausstattung, super sauber, auch nahe zur Bahn gelegen. Auch der Check In hat super autark funktioniert.

Auf dem 4 minütigen Weg von der Bahn zur Unterkunft kommt man an vier Rotlichthäusern vorbei. Als alleinreisende Frau im Dunkeln ist der Weg vermutlich nicht ganz so angenehm.

Kleines Appartment in nettem Design. Der automatische Checkin-Prozess funktioniert prima. Guter Kaffee

Die Wände und Decken sind sehr hellhörig. Da das Apartment keine Klimaanlage hat, muss man im Sommer die Fenster aufmachen - da hier aber einige Bordelle angesiedelt sind, ist bis tief in die Nacht Krach auf der Straße. Tee wäre schön gewesen. Ich war 5 Tage dort, es wurden zwar Handtücher getauscht, aber nicht das Bettlaken (das nach Tag 2 schmutzig war)

Wonderful

This facility was very clean, quiet and close to an underground station. Check in went smoothly and we liked the code system for the doors. Also loved the storage and the dining table. A nice place.

Our only reservation about the accommodation is the location, there are factors to consider. Whilst only minutes from the U Bahn station (direct line from the train station) it is an approximate 25 minute trip to town. The U Bahn stop comes out on a residential street and there is a pathway to the hotel street. The beacon at the end of the path is a strip club with another around the corner and a business with a literal red light and "over 18" sign next door to it. Other business in the street include a post office, auto repair and such. Did not feel like an unsafe area but the location, and the travel time, are things to consider.There are also no eateries or food shops nearby. The room had cooking facilities but no fan (just a sign asking guests to not cook smelly food) and little in the way of cooking utensils.

Great, affordable option for a quiet stay in Munich, if a little off the beaten path.

Extremely clean, modern, and well-appointed, well-lit room. Good wi-fi connection and a large tv. Onsite laundry and fitness center. Kitchen well-equipped with a refrigerator, so you could cook for yourself if you wanted (and save lots of $$!), though it could have used a frying or sautee pan (though I suspect they want to discourage people from frying things because of the potential for messes). 5-minute walk to the nearby subway station. Bus stop for local trips also quite close. There is no on-site staff -- everything is automated using entry codes, etc. Linens and towels are changed every few days.

The neighborhood was basically non-descript apartments and light industrial businesses in a Munich suburb. If you're looking for traditional Bavarian charm, this isn't it. It was really quiet at night, but also a 15-20 minute walk (or 5-10 minute bus ride) to get to any restaurants or grocery stores and a 20-30 minute subway ride into the center city. The neighborhood seemed perfectly safe during the day, but it was quite dark and deserted at night with little foot or car traffic. I don't know how comfortable I would feel if I were a single woman walking around late at night. I was initially concerned about the large, multi-story brothel ("Cesar's World") at the end of the block and whether it would attract rowdy bachelor party-goers on the weekends or other seedy types, but it seemed pretty calm.

Very Good

The facility is modern and well maintained. Convenient to the Messe 1-2 stops away on the U2 line. The coffee in the lobby and room are a nice feature. Staff wasn't around during the evening but was helpful by email. The self check in looks complicated but is really quite well explained and smooth.

Not much in the area. Restaurants, supermarket, cafes... There's a nice mall with everything one subway stop away.

Great place, but far from the centre

The apartment is really nice, clean, organised, the check in experience is great!

It’s too far away from everything, there are no facilities around - the closest cafe is 25 minutes walking. It’s close to a subway station, tho.

It was my first time in the accommodation, and there was no one to show us how things were done and how to use the equipment in the property . We call ,but there is no response.

Very Good

Great value for money. The room was very comfortable for the price charged. Automated check-in worked really well.

A long walk or a train ride from everything. I knew this when I booked but only accepted it due to the excellent price. There are some strip clubs nearby that can result in occasional drunken noise at night.

Had a nice stay, helpful personnel

Clean, modern and quiet hotel. Nice with nespresso coffee provided in the room. Train 5-8 min away

Isolated location with no grocery shopping or restaurant possibilities. No cleaning even if we stayed 5 nights. We had to ask for clean towels after 3 days.

„Kurzurlaub in München

Tolle Apartments. Sehr neu und sauber. Kleine Küche mit Nespressomaschine für den Kaffee zwischendurch. Ich werde definitiv wieder buchen, wenn ich in München bin. Die U Bahn Station ist 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es gibt nichts negative zu berichten.

Das alles mit der Buchung, die Informationen wie man in das Hotel kommt, sich eincheckt, in unser Zimmer kam, absolut gut, verständlich ablief. Echt super! Und das Zimmer Preis/Leistung echt Top! Die Pria Seife hab ich mir auch schon mal privat besorgt, weil das ist keine billige aber was besonderes.
