Wonderful
This facility was very clean, quiet and close to an underground station. Check in went smoothly and we liked the code system for the doors. Also loved the storage and the dining table. A nice place.
Our only reservation about the accommodation is the location, there are factors to consider. Whilst only minutes from the U Bahn station (direct line from the train station) it is an approximate 25 minute trip to town. The U Bahn stop comes out on a residential street and there is a pathway to the hotel street. The beacon at the end of the path is a strip club with another around the corner and a business with a literal red light and "over 18" sign next door to it. Other business in the street include a post office, auto repair and such. Did not feel like an unsafe area but the location, and the travel time, are things to consider.There are also no eateries or food shops nearby. The room had cooking facilities but no fan (just a sign asking guests to not cook smelly food) and little in the way of cooking utensils.

Great, affordable option for a quiet stay in Munich, if a little off the beaten path.
Extremely clean, modern, and well-appointed, well-lit room. Good wi-fi connection and a large tv. Onsite laundry and fitness center. Kitchen well-equipped with a refrigerator, so you could cook for yourself if you wanted (and save lots of $$!), though it could have used a frying or sautee pan (though I suspect they want to discourage people from frying things because of the potential for messes). 5-minute walk to the nearby subway station. Bus stop for local trips also quite close. There is no on-site staff -- everything is automated using entry codes, etc. Linens and towels are changed every few days.
The neighborhood was basically non-descript apartments and light industrial businesses in a Munich suburb. If you're looking for traditional Bavarian charm, this isn't it. It was really quiet at night, but also a 15-20 minute walk (or 5-10 minute bus ride) to get to any restaurants or grocery stores and a 20-30 minute subway ride into the center city. The neighborhood seemed perfectly safe during the day, but it was quite dark and deserted at night with little foot or car traffic. I don't know how comfortable I would feel if I were a single woman walking around late at night. I was initially concerned about the large, multi-story brothel ("Cesar's World") at the end of the block and whether it would attract rowdy bachelor party-goers on the weekends or other seedy types, but it seemed pretty calm.

Very Good
The facility is modern and well maintained. Convenient to the Messe 1-2 stops away on the U2 line. The coffee in the lobby and room are a nice feature. Staff wasn't around during the evening but was helpful by email. The self check in looks complicated but is really quite well explained and smooth.
Not much in the area. Restaurants, supermarket, cafes... There's a nice mall with everything one subway stop away.
